It is the largest park within the Cordova Recreation and Park District. There is also river access and bike trails.
Dog Park
The Dog Park at Hagan Community Park Rancho Cordova CA is a piece of doggy heaven. It is about two and a half acres and it has everything you could possibly want in an off-leash dog park. The big dogs have their own section and the smaller dogs get to play in the little dog’s zone.
It is also home to a nice pond, a kiddie train, and a barn with a few animals. The park also has some of the best bike trails around including the Jedediah Smith Memorial Trail which is a must-see.
The park is a little on the crowded side but this is due to the fact that it’s the largest in the district. The aforementioned large dog park is located in the back corner of the park. The rest of the park is a nice walk with lots of wide open grassy areas and lots of picnic pavilions to enjoy the view of your pooch playing it safe in their own section of the park.
Kids Playground
