SMS Policy

Messages you may receive

If you submit a form with SMS consent selected or otherwise opt in, The Lighting Geek may send appointment reminders, scheduling and project updates, and marketing messages about our services. Message frequency varies based on your requests and interactions.

Your consent is optional

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You can uncheck the SMS consent box before submitting an inquiry, and you can contact us by phone or email without agreeing to marketing texts. Provide a mobile number you control and let us know if your number changes.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to a text from us to opt out. You may receive one confirmation message, and program messages will then stop unless you opt in again. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at (888) 743-2540 or Info@TheLightingGeek.com.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply under your mobile carrier’s plan. Delivery depends on your carrier and device; messages may be delayed or undelivered. Contact your carrier with questions about charges or availability.

How we use SMS information

We use your mobile number and SMS consent to operate this messaging program and respond to your requests. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only to help deliver messages or support our services.

Read our Privacy Policy for more about personal information. Website cookie and privacy preferences are separate from your SMS consent and do not enroll you in text messages.
